Delivery times and shipping costs
We always ship orders as quickly as possible. As an artisan manufacturer, we place the highest value on quality and some of our products are only manufactured especially for you after your order has been received. We therefore ask for your patience if it takes a day longer.
The shipping costs depend on the shipping region and weight/volume.
Shipping provider
We ship within Germany with DHL, for forwarding deliveries with DACHSER. For international shipments, we look for the safest and fastest shipping route with DHL, UPS or FedEx, depending on your order.
How are our products shipped?
We avoid plastic packaging whenever possible and package our products safely and sustainably in cardboard boxes with a high recycling content.

Return
You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be required to pay the return shipping costs. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used. For an exchange, please contact our customer service - we will be happy to help you!
Warranty
Irrespective of the return period, you are of course entitled to the statutory warranty. If an item is faulty or has a defect, you have the right to request a repair, replacement or - if this is not possible - a refund within the statutory period of two years. Please report any defects to our customer service department as soon as you discover them so that we can find a quick solution for you. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by our return policy.
Service guarantee
We also strive to ensure the perfect function and form of our products beyond the statutory warranty period. For many products, we can offer spare parts or refurbishment. Simply contact us with your request and we will provide you with a proposed solution.
